Missouri Conservation Reserve Enhancement Program (MoCREP) - CREP is a voluntary program that provides enhanced CRP financial benefits to landowners who convert cropland to permanent vegetative cover in sensitive watersheds above drinking water reservoirs. The State of Missouri provides additional financial incentives and cost-share funds. The program is a cooperative effort of USDA, the State of Missouri, soil and water conservation districts, and local drinking water supply systems.
