Sugar Creek SALT Project in Bethany, Missouri, received a CF Industries Annual Watershed Award for providing farmers and ranchers with the technical and financial tools needed to develop best management practices as a foundation for establishing filter strip and terrace systems, developing a wildlife plan and species survey, improving water quality, maintaining watershed habitat, and implementing a community outreach program.
