Water Testing, Treatment and Plant Tour: Wednesday, August 4, 2004, 10:30a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

Liz Grove, General Manager of the Clarence Cannon Wholesale Water Commission (CCWWC) will give a presentation on the history of the CCWWC and regional water supply in northeast Missouri. She will discuss issues and concerns affecting drinking water as well as regulations and treatment processes.  Opportunities and resources available to teachers and other youth educators will be covered. The session will wrap up with the tour of the water treatment facility and laboratory.
